Cameron sent us a SUPER EASY workout system called the “Deck of Cards”.
Basically you pick 4 exercises and 1 more for the jokers. Take a deck of cards and do the number of reps on the card. Plus, extra for face cards (see below). Flip a card over, do the reps, and repeat till all cards are done. Fun and always different. You can get real creative by making several note cards with exercises written on them and randomly choose the 4 exercises.
