My Story:
Freedom can come in many forms. In this particular case it comes in the form of a 10’ charging cord and an amazing power bank. Sure, it todays modern world we are never too far from an outlet, but when the time comes to charge your phone and an outlet is not to be found you will want this handy little setup.
The 10’ power cord is simply fantastic! If your house is anything like mine you know the pain of having the furniture organized in such a way that you can never really have your phone plugged in and near you. I find myself sitting on the floor or leaning against the wall. The same is relatively normal in hotel rooms. What a relief it is to have a cord that allows me to sit in my favorite chair or lay on the hotel bed and still have access to my phone as its charging. This thing is 10’ of phone charging bliss. The cord is protected by a woven reflective coating that seems to be very tough. The reflective coating is a neat feature that I honestly feel is a little gimmicky but it could be useful.
I have noticed that every now and again the Iphone will tell me that the device is not a “supported device” and will stop charging the phone. This is usually remedied by unplugging and re-plugging in the cord. It is possible that this was caused by using an aftermarket charger and so I can’t fully pin that on the cord. Attempts with actual Iphone chargers paired with the Neve cable seem to be successful.
The Cascade Charging Bank is a sleek black box that doesn’t have any really fancy bells or whistles. It looks nice but what it can do for you is what is important. When you are a person on the go you don’t have time to sit next to an outlet while your phone is charging. If you are like me you never have enough time in the day to do the things that need to be done, least of which is waiting for a phone to charge. Well, the Cascade Charging bank is going to provide you the freedom that you need to make it through whatever the day throws at you.
Whether its emails, texts, or even games, the bottom line is that you are going to be using your phone, and it’s going to need a charge. The Cascade is small enough to fit into a small hand bag or, for us guys, it can fit in your back pocket. You truly can charge and run. This comes in handy in so many places it’s almost astonishing that I don’t see these things everywhere. Sure, I don’t need this charger every day, but it comes in clutch when the time arises. I’ve used it everywhere from sitting in a tree stand to waiting for a flight. I also really like that there are two ports so I can get juice to multiple phones. This is a great feature as often times the wife and I are both in the same situation and rely on having this to charge both of our phones.
The Cascade Charging Bank is just a fantastic addition to everyday life and having the ability to obtain multiple charges from one small but very useful device is just a great way to give yourself peace of mind when you leave the office or step off the grid.

What could be done better?
I honestly can’t see anything that I would do differently with either of these products from Lander. They work and they perform to the level that is advertised. I don’t think you could ask for much more than that. The issue with the cord is not one that I can pin on just the cord as the actual plug was quite possibly the culprit being that is was not an actually Apple plug. With that in mind I cannot in good faith use it as a negative against the cord as it seems to be working great with other actual Iphone plugs.

I give these Lander products 5 stars.
